The RoleAs Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:? Leading and mentoring a small team of electrical engineers, ensuring high performance and professional development.? Optimising electrical systems across our manufacturing site to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety.? Driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance automation and energy efficiency.? Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and industry standards.? Collaborating with other departments to support production and maintenance strategies.
What We’re Looking For? Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.? Strong leadership and team management skills.? In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and automation within manufacturing.? Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency.? A relevant electrical engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree).
