This Centrally located brokerage will be the perfect home for you if you prefer the culture of an independent broking firm where the employees are put first, rather than the bottom line.Regarded as one of Scotland's premier independent insurance brokerages, they have promoted over half of their workforce in the last 3 years, with some climbing from Handler level up to the Senior Management Team in as little as 5 years.These guys handle specialist and mainstream commercial insurance for a UK wide client portfolio and have an opening in their commercial lines handling unit.Here you'll be working within a team of highly skilled insurance professionals who are involved in managing insurance programs for the SME and mid-corporate markets.It's a varied remit where you'll be supporting executives for new business presentations and projects whilst managing your own renewals and MTAs.You'll have day to day dealings with all types of commercial client from hotels and leisure through to property owners and retail.With great training and mentoring available, you'll have a clear route to progress whether that's into management, Executive work or something different such as underwriting or risk management.You can carve your own path here.You'll need some commercial lines insurance experience for this one, either from a broker or insurer and be based in or around the Central Belt region.Salary here is between £30,000 and £40,000 with hybrid working available along with full support for your professional development.
