Role responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of approximately 500 personal tax clients
- Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns
- Providing advice on trust tax returns and residency issues
- Supporting junior staff through training, mentoring, and reviewing their work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering proactive and tailored advice
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and staying updated on relevant legislation
- Assisting with the firm’s strategic plans, including contributing to business development initiatives

Candidate requirements- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, or ACCA) with significant experience in personal tax
- Experience managing a client portfolio and preparing and reviewing personal tax returns
- Knowledge of trust tax returns and residency issues is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
- Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff effectively
- Ambition to progress to a Director role in the future
- £70,000 to £90,000 per annum
