In this role, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organisational skills, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Prepare and issue quotes and invoices to customers.Maintain and update customer records in the company database.Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing outstanding service.Coordinate with the sales team to track orders and manage inventory.Assist with preparing sales reports and tracking team performance metrics.Support marketing and promotional activities by managing relevant documentation.Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales team.Essential Skills:Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.Please apply online if interested in this position.
