Back to searchThere are 3 good ways to judge how good a business is to work for. One, do they make you better at your job and give you promotional opportunities? Two, do they pay well (with a keen eye on benefits)? And three, do they trust and empower their staff? This company ticks all three boxes.Personal development is integral. Yes, they'll support you to Diploma and then Chartered status. But they'll also encourage you to move into more senior, technical paraplanning roles where you'll deal with more complex cases. And it's not just talk either. Two administrators have become paraplanners this year. Two paraplanners have been promoted to managerial positions in a similar timeframe. Plus there's opportunities to progress into advice, compliance, advice quality or proposition. Whatever your aspirations, they can have a plan for it.As for package they've got that sorted too.Salary is £35,000 - £40,000 if you're not yet level 4. If you are and have reasonable paraplanning experience, the bracket is to £45,000. But it's not just about the headline grabbing salary number with this outfit.30 is eye-catching too. That's the number of holidays you get. 35 is the number of contracted hours you'll work each week. That gives you a level of balance it's hard to find.Along with that they'll invest up to 13% into your pension if you put in 5%. There's a share incentive plan, PMI, life assurance and critical illness cover. You'll also have access to free financial planning of your own.It all adds up to a financial package that offers so much more than your standard offering. And allied to all this is hybrid working post-probation (2-3 days of home working each week). You'll have the trust of the business to get on with your job.As for the job itself you'll work on a centralised team supporting over 200 financial planners. You'll receive each case, fully checked, from the paraplanning admin team. This will leave you free to focus on research, comparisons, cashflow modelling and report writing. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:You'll have some paraplanning experience at the very least. You'll have or be close to holding level 4 status. For the higher salary bracket you'll have 3 years+ experience and will be keen to become Chartered. You ideally will have started that process already. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Want the chance to get better at what you do, whilst being treated fairly?
