Looking for an exciting opportunity to work with an excellent organisation based in the central belt? We are currently seeking an OD professional to join the Organisational Development team with our client. As an OD consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of Organisational Development initiatives, including leading on reviews across portfolios to improve service delivery and process.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the functions of departments, as well as specific knowledge of business review and improvement, including process management. You should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with managers and staff at a range of levels and be able to inform and influence.
