- Manage and develop the “Best Value” system.
- Plan, implement, and test new software; provide necessary training.
- Identify system gaps and specify solutions.
- Carry out database administration.
- Develop in-house programs, including Visual Basic applications.
- Provide advanced Microsoft Office support.
- Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience in systems administration and technical support.
- Strong knowledge and experience in systems analysis and relational database design.
- Proficiency in Visual Basic or similar programming languages.
- Systems analysis and programming skills.
- Familiarity with query tools and database administration.
