This role is crucial in supporting the management and development of our clients “Best Value” system, including software implementation, testing, and training. You’ll be responsible for identifying system gaps, administering databases, and developing in-house solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the “Best Value” system.
  • Plan, implement, and test new software; provide necessary training.
  • Identify system gaps and specify solutions.
  • Carry out database administration.
  • Develop in-house programs, including Visual Basic applications.
  • Provide advanced Microsoft Office support.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience in systems administration and technical support.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in systems analysis and relational database design.
  • Proficiency in Visual Basic or similar programming languages.
