They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor, for a client facing role to be responsible for handling a variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate commercial property contracts and agreements.
- Advise clients on property acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
- Conduct due diligence and property searches.
- Manage property disputes and litigation.
- Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Open to considering qualified solicitors from NQ level – circa 4 years PQE.
- Strong knowledge of property law and regulations.
- Enthusiastic, commercially minded and confident people person.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
