My client is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their well-regarded firm in Stirling. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Residential Conveyancing and who can manage their own caseload. As their firm is expanding, they need a proactive individual who can hit the ground running and contribute positively to the department.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Organising clients’ files for residential property transactions.
- Collaborating with paralegals across different locations, ensuring fair distribution of workload.
- Providing cost estimates to clients and managing billing processes.
- Confidently using case management systems and technology to streamline processes.
- Managing post-exchange tasks, including property registrations.
- Drafting and negotiating transactional documents with attention to detail.
- Assisting in the preparation of client correspondence and legal documentation.
- Participating in monthly paralegal meetings with a partner for caseload reviews and professional development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability or willingness to independently manage a full caseload of residential files.
- Proficient in using case management systems and other legal technologies.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
