Job

The role ofBusiness SupportAssistantwill give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

•Onboarding of Contractors

•Maintaining the contractor database to ensure it is current and accurate

•Liaising with operational teams regarding training requirements and updating the training matrix

•Working closely with the compliance team to assist with tasks and ad hoc projects

As aBusiness SupportAssistantyouwill be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

•Experience within a busy office environment, preferably within the finance sector

•Exceptional organisational, planning, and record-keeping abilities

•Strong negotiation and communication skills

•A proactive approach to problem-solving

•Proficiency in IT systems

•Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
