Finance Assistant

Search Recruitment are partnering with an established and growing business to recruit a Finance Assistant in Stirling with hybrid working. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll join a supportive team and be responsible for supporting the transactional finance function. * Match and process invoices.* Manage purchase ledger.* Manage weekly payment runs.* Adhere to payment terms.* Accurately log and help resolve queries.* Handle one-off payments.* Perform daily bank reconciliations.* Process and pay monthly expenses.* Conduct statement reviews.* Assist colleagues as requested.* Perform ad hoc duties as required.Skills and experience you'll ideally have:* Previous experience in a high-volume transaction processing department.* Ability to meet agreed deadlines.* Strong attention to detail.* Excellent communication skills.* Team player.
