We are seeking candidates who are willing to work on a contract basis, offering excellent pay rates of up to £21 per hour. This role involves supporting adults in care-at-home or residential settings across the offshore islands of Scotland.

About You:As a dedicated and compassionate support worker, you will have relevant experience working in social care within the UK. Shift patterns typically include early and late shifts, spanning across weekdays and weekends.

What You'll Do as a Specialist Support Worker:

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in complex care, managing challenging behaviour, and supporting individuals with autism.

    • Desirable: Qualified to SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care.
