Assessing team performance,
Adjusting processes,
Coaching and guiding team members,
Managing key issues
Preparing KPI reports.
Collaborating with other departments,
Optimising production capacity,
Monitoring product availability,
Participating in cross-functional projects

The PersonWe are looking for candidates who display the following skills and attributes:

Strong professional experience in planning - preferably in Food /Drink Industry
Previous managing people experience preferred
Business Degree / or CIPS / Part Qualified
SAP Experience preferred , or experience in capacity planning on in ERP systems
Strong Communication skills
Excellent analytical skills required
This role will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will have some direct reports.
This individual will be required to work closely with Production and other functions to ensure the KPI's are met
