Job Description

  • Job Title: Administrator
  • Job Type: Temporary until Christmas 
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary: £25350 - £26325 pro rata 
  • Job Location: Shepton Mallett 

As an Administrator working within the Health and Safety team you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to to ensure that all activities required within the department are completed to the required standards, timescales and meet any internal or contractual KPIs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Updating content and formatting 
  • Checking for document errors 
  • Supporting processing documents 

Qualifications

  • IT Literate – expecially MS Office
  • Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative to achieve assigned tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
