The Role:

- Salary: Up to £45,000, plus excellent benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multi-outlet kitchen and inspire the culinary team.
- Collaborate with the Executive Head Chef on menu development.
- Manage recruitment, training, and team motivation.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and health regulations.

- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a multi-outlet setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in fresh, high-quality cuisine.
- Solid knowledge of due diligence and health & safety practices.
