We're currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to join our client, a reputable main contractor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple projects across mixed sectors, with values ranging from £5m to £15m.

It's a permanent position with a negotiable salary.

Key Duties:

  • Taking full responsibility for project schedules by planning, monitoring, and addressing key actions.
  • Maintaining high safety and environmental standards by ensuring strict compliance with procedures.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers to encourage teamwork.
  • Planning thoroughly to foresee challenges and propose practical solutions.
  • Managing the design process and coordinating with consultants to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Working with stakeholders to support the company’s goals and commitment to improvement.
  • Setting clear objectives for team members and supporting their development.
  • Enabling managers to make informed decisions with confidence.
  • Monitoring project finances with the QS to meet financial goals.
  • Reporting and resolving delays or disruptions to keep projects on track.
