Are you an Project Administrator or Customer Service specialist with experience of manufacturing or engineering looking for a new role Are you confident in working with external customers and internal teams Are you well organised and proactive in progressing customer requirements from initial order through manufacturing and to dispatchKingscroft has been asked to recruit for a Customer Service Coordinator for a fast paced manufacturing business. As the ideal candidate you will have had experience of working in an administrative or customer facing based role in a manufacturing,engineering or technical services setting. You will be confident of acting as the focal point for customer orders; liaising closely with sales initially and then through engineering, manufacturing, quality and dispatch.The role will include:

  • Supporting customers as the focal point for all product and progress queries on placed orders
  • Reviewing customer orders from sales and processing through to production planning
  • Contract review customer orders, including processing for shipment. Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
  • Proactively communicate with customers and suppliers; provide immediate assistance to telephone enquiries and timely responses to customer e-mails while working within the policies and guidelines established by the Company.
  • Become a product and process specialist so you can provide general information against customer queries
  • Manage customers who become inactive and link with sales to reactivate accounts
  • Understand and comply with the sales system, process, and maintenance of the contact database.
  • Adhere to and comply with the Quality Manual and procedures.
