We specialise in financial services, in particular the recruitment of Financial Advisors, Mortgage Advisors, Equity Release Advisors, Paraplanners, Compliance, Administration, Management and other ancillary roles within our client companies. Your goal as a Recruitment Consultant is to engage with candidates, understand their needs and wants, align them to appropriate opportunities, provide detailed introductions, be on hand throughout the interview process to brief and de-brief both parties, all with the aim of making numerous, successful placements.

We have a loyal team, with numerous team members being with us for more than 10+ years. We take a family based approach to our team, working through problems together and supporting each other with successful strategies of making high quality placements.

Recruitment Consultant Requirements

  • You must be knowledgeable on the financial services industry and have a good understanding of IFAs, Mortgage Advisors, Paraplanners etc
  • You must be confident in building rapport quickly and maintaining excellent dialogue with candidates and clients throughout the process
  • You must be committed to being self-employed and see this as your main focus
  • You should be well organised to respond quickly to candidate applications and ensure that you are submitting their introductions in a timely manner
  • Ideally, you should be local to our head office and willing to visit once a week, although not essential for the right individual
