Job Description: We are seeking a customer-facing Technical Sales Support person to join a dynamic team. The successful applicant will:

  • Receive and manage enquiries directly from customers and external sales teams.
  • Utilise excellent communication skills to analyse customers' needs and recommend suitable products from our range.
  • Explain technical decisions and proposals clearly via email, phone, Teams calls, and occasional site visits.
  • Maintain communications with the supply chain and third-party suppliers.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using sales management software programs and related tools.

Skills Required:

  • Attitude and aptitude to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident phone user.
  • Previous technical knowledge.
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office/365, etc.).
  • Proactive and good time management.
  • UK Driving licence.
  • Very good literacy and numeracy skills.
