Learning Support AssistantKey Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.

  • Assist with individual and small group work to ensure all students receive personalized attention.

  • Help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.

  • Provide support for students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.

  • Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organization, and resource management.

  • Supervise students during break times, field trips, and extracurricular activities.

  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage active participation.

  • Work flexibly across various year groups and subjects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience working with SEN children.

  • A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, such as Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
