My client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a named pupil at a vibrant and inclusive primary school. What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide tailored 1:1 support for a named pupil with severe and complex physical disabilities.
- Assist in developing the pupil’s literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills.
- Undertake physical care tasks such as feeding, dressing, lifting, and adjusting medical appliances.
- Promote independence and self-esteem while helping the pupil overcome emotional barriers to learning.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to implement individualized support plans.
