Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in Calne who are actively looking to recruit a Welder/Fabricator to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- TIG and MIG welding, ensuring that products are accurately manufactured in an effective and timely manner
- Working to continuously improve the production processes to extend efficiency, quality and meet the changing needs of the business
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous TIG / MIG Welding / fabricating experience essential
- Well-organised, careful, conscientious approach and eye for detail
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines, planning time and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good literacy skills and numeracy skills.
What you will receive in return:
- Salary Competitive (DOE) with overtime available
- Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday including early finish on a Friday!
