- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health nursing.
- Ensure compliance with local and national policies and legislation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Strong understanding of mental health conditions and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
