Eye4 Recruitment are working with a client based in the Camberley, a great opportunity has arisen to work as an assistant Bookkeeper for this busy growing business.
You will be required to run the financial function of the company from day-to-day finance, credit control through to Month end and assisting with the preparation of the year end accounts, in conjunction with our main Bookkeeper.
KEY RESPONBILITIES:
- Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Bank and Credit card reconciliation
- Credit Control
- Managing supplier payments
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and suppliers
- Manage and oversee all administrative tasks
- Supporting Company Director
- Manage and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and relevant regulations are kept up to date
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts
- Strong numeracy and accuracy skills
- Proficient with modern accounting packages
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Comfortable working in a busy team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload
