Our client, operating within the Defence and Security sector, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the Group Supply Chain Director. This contract position is based in Frimley and offers the flexibility of fully remote work. The role involves supporting high-level administrative activities and ensuring efficient and effective operations within the Group Supply Chain division.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Group Supply Chain Director
  • Preparing documentation for review at Business Management Committee and Functional Council meetings
  • Managing and organising schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Utilising advanced IT skills to create presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Problem-solving by identifying issues and recommending solutions based on analysis and past experience
  • Managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Articulating information in a concise and logical manner appropriate for the intended audience


Job Requirements:

  • Developed and strong administrative skills, particularly in preparing documentation to required standards
  • Excellent IT Skills with advanced knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with digital communication mediums
  • Good working knowledge of relevant company IT systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address underlying issues
  • Demonstrable SMART time management skills
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact tactfully and diplomatically
  • Capable of managing confidential and sensitive information with total discretion and sensitivity
