Global Accounting Network are partnered with a well established software business. We are seeking a skilled Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team for 3 months initially. This role involves supporting key administrative functions, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of partner cases and sales inquiries.

This is a temporary position, ideal for someone eager to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while supporting critical organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Management: Monitor and respond to general inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved matters to the appropriate team or management.
  • Partner Case Coordination: Track, follow up, and manage partner cases, ensuring timely updates and smooth progress through internal channels.
  • Sales Inbox Oversight: Manage the sales inbox, routing queries to the correct teams or individuals.
  • Ticket Creation: Assist with generating and prioritizing tickets for partner requests or issues.
  • Case Updates: Regularly check case statuses and communicate updates as necessary.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide broader administrative assistance to enhance team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
