We are seeking a Construction Manager to support a pharmaceutical client in Surrey.
The role involves planning, managing, and monitoring construction work, as well as ensuring health and safety standards are met.
Candidates should have previous experience as a Construction Supervisor or Manager, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
A degree or diploma in Construction Management or an equivalent qualification is required, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
The position is hybrid for 4-6 weeks and falls inside IR35, with a competitive salary offered.
