Day-to-day of the role:Site Management
- Support all aspects of site management.
- Coordinate and manage site-related projects to ensure they are completed timely and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords to support ongoing operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders regarding site matters.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative requests.
Project Coordination
- Work with site partners to secure the best utility rates for water and electricity.
- Coordinate with utility brokers to manage site information and obtain quotes.
- Maintain accurate records of sites' utility information.
- Monitor and report on the status updates for each site.
- Provide weekly update reports.
- Support with recruitment onboarding processes
- Strong IT and Excel skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
