Facilities Coordinator

Day-to-day of the role:

Site Management

  • Support all aspects of site management.
  • Coordinate and manage site-related projects to ensure they are completed timely and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords to support ongoing operations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders regarding site matters.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative requests.

Project Coordination

  • Work with site partners to secure the best utility rates for water and electricity.
  • Coordinate with utility brokers to manage site information and obtain quotes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sites' utility information.
  • Monitor and report on the status updates for each site.
  • Provide weekly update reports.
  • Support with recruitment onboarding processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong IT and Excel skills.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
