Hours:
7.30am - 4.00pm/ 9.30am- 6.00pm shifts. Occasional slightly later finish when catering for events. No Late nights.
The role:
As the Chef de Partie you will be working in the restaurant preparing fresh seasonal dishes. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to prepare and deliver a wide range of high-quality meals. Your responsibilities will include working on assigned sections, minimizing wastage, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety procedures.
Skills/Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:
-Level 3 Food Safety
-Health and safety procedures including COSHH
-Safe use of knives and kitchen equipment
-Previous chef experience in a similar environment
-Ability to work as part of a team and individually
-Ability to work in a pressured environment.
-Ability to organise time and prioritise activities
-Strong interpersonal skills
