Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel - Excellent Career Opportunity
Our client is a superb award winning luxury Hotel close to Camberley who are recruiting a Sous Chef to work in their 2AA rosette level. restaurant. You will be working with all fresh seasonal ingredients to produce food for the restaurant. You will help prepare meals for the restaurant dinner service along with Bar menu and room service. This is an excellent career opportunity to work in a high end venue. The Head Chef is looking for a strong team player who can work in different kitchens at the hotel to suit the business needs. The role is 5 straight shifts per week.

The Role
- Preparing meals for the restaurant using seasonal produce
- Running service in Head Chef's absence
- Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene

- Already a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in a high level kitchen
- Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard
- Capable and able to work unsupervised
