Client Manager – Up to £60,500 per annum Chartered Accountancy Firm, Camberley, Surrey
Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking Chartered Accountancy firm in Camberley, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join their growing team.
As the Client Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a diverse portfolio of client accounts across various industries. Reporting directly to the Partners, your key duties will include:
- Preparing complex accounts and corporation tax returns
- Assisting with the delivery of management accounts
- Ensuring commercial awareness and appropriate fee charging
- Liaising with other departments to provide a full range of services
- Communicating with HMRC on client matters
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Building and managing strong client relationships
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years post-qualified practice experience as an ACA or ACCA accountant (or QBE)
- Demonstrable working knowledge of accounting standards and tax matters
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to provide commercial insight and advice
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff
- Willingness to work from the office in Camberley, Surrey with some home working options
