We are looking for a highly skilled administrator to join our clients' established team.

This is a varied position where you will offer administrative support to the team ensuring the smooth running and timely delivery of projects.

If you have exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively, this opportunity could be perfect for you!

What you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing the administration, archiving, and filing systems for the department
  • Drafting letters, schedules, and reports, along with photocopying, scanning, and emailing as required
  • Coordinating diaries, scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and preparing materials
  • Responding to telephone inquiries and managing the email inbox, forwarding and escalating matters to relevant team members
  • Handling general administrative tasks such as maintaining training records, managing incoming and outgoing mail, managing appointments, and handling all correspondence
  • Recording and distributing meeting minutes
  • Logging invoices, ensuring timely distribution for signatures adhering to SLA's
  • Printing invoices and related documents
  • Preparing and maintaining documents for signing and liaising with third parties
  • Managing outbound inquiry letters, maintaining a register, and following up at key intervals as directed
  • Assisting in the preparation of documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to effectively multitask
  • Great communication skills both written and oral
  • Solid IT skills and the ability to pick up and learn new systems and processes with ease

Details:
Title: Administrator
Salary: circa 31,000 DOE
Location: Camberley
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (this is a fully-office based position)
