Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire supplier contract process from initial stages through to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements
  • Prepare, review, and organise all tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance within guidelines
  • Conduct thorough reviews of tender responses to ensure they align with the company's standards and showcase capabilities effectively
  • Stay informed on industry regulations and client requirements to ensure all contracts submissions meet the necessary standards
  • Work closely with colleagues and internal team to ensure smooth workflows
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
