Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for an Support Administrator to add to their talented, hardworking team in Frimley on an initial 12 month contract. Striving for innovation and creativity you can ensure no two days will be the same. This role will be offering 13.50 PAYE per hour 17.55 Umbrella per hour


The role:


Manage and action the BIT Support mailbox on a daily basis, answering off queries and raising to the team leader or Business Integrity Training Manager when required
Update Success Factors and other learning platforms with completions of BIT when required
Reporting:
Produce weekly/monthly reports from Success Factors on completions using extracts and Microsoft Excel and upload onto Workspace/SharePoint intranet page


You:

* Essential requirement - Knowledge and Experience in using Microsoft Excel and creating formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards and formatting. Extracting data into a meaningful format.
* Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Outlook
* Knowledge and experience of producing small presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
* Training will be given on Success Factors and BIT Learning Portal and other learning platforms the business use
