- Co-ordinate and manage incoming enquiries from customer via email and phone call
- Assisting the account managers and sales teams with the preparation of quotations
- Update, manage and maintain sale orders and quotes via the internal CRM system
- Develop a strong understanding of products and services database and manufacturing lead
- Liaise with customers and sales teams to process orders and have them delivered within the agreed SLA.
- A good understanding of ISO9000
- Previous experience of working within a customer service and sales environment
- Strong administration experience
- Proficiant in using Microsoft Office and CRM system
