  • Co-ordinate and manage incoming enquiries from customer via email and phone call
  • Assisting the account managers and sales teams with the preparation of quotations
  • Update, manage and maintain sale orders and quotes via the internal CRM system
  • Develop a strong understanding of products and services database and manufacturing lead
  • Liaise with customers and sales teams to process orders and have them delivered within the agreed SLA.

  • Previous experience of working within a customer service and sales environment
