Sonic Summary
- Our client is seeking an Energy Services Manager to lead a small procurement team and provide exceptional service to clients.
- The position is hybrid, requiring approximately two days a week in the office near Camberley.
- The salary for this role is up to £55K, depending on the candidate's experience.
- Candidates must have experience in people management and a background in the Energy sector, ideally in a similar role.

This position reports to the Service Delivery Associate Director and will be responsible for the following tasks:
-Establish and manage supplier relationships.
-Manage all complaints raised within SLA and in-line with the agreed process.
-Report on opportunities for improvements to the Senior Management Team.
-Manage team service delivery against internal and external KPIs.
-Report on team wide risks to Senior Management Team and proposed solutions for sign off and implementation deadlines.
-Account management of a portfolio of Utility clients.
-Support the wider business with on-boarding new clients and supplies.
-Supervise, train and guide team members.
Your performance measures will include performance against delivery SLA's as well as accuracy of internal system updates and contract delivery.
In order to be considered for the role you must have experience of people management and have experience within the Energy sector ideally in a similar position.
