We have an exciting opportunity for a confident Executive Assistant to join a very successful, established organisation in the role of EA to CEO and Senior Leadership team. We are looking for someone with previous experience supporting at CEO level, who is happy to support a team and is capable of juggling a varied workload. Please note this is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in the office in Camberley, Surrey and 2 days a week from home.

This role provides crucial support to the CEO plus also some support as required for the CFO, Supply Chain Director and Product Development Director. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inbox management, prioritising emails and drafting responses where appropriate
  • Diary management of complex and very active schedules
  • International travel arrangements including detailed itineraries and all necessary logistics
  • Compile slide decks for Executive meetings and produce presentations / reports / correspondence etc as required
  • Organise internal and external events and meetings including sourcing suppliers, leading contract negotiations, event planning, budget management etc
  • Coordinate major company-wide initiatives such Town Halls, Kick Off Meetings, Board Meetings, Team Off Sites etc
