Interim Head of FP&A

Interim Head of FP&A.

£500 - £600 per day.

We are looking for a Senior Interim FP&A leader who can tick the following boxes.

• Can start ASAP.
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
• FP&A experience (KPIs, Budgets, Forecasts, Planning)
• Power BI

We Do Group are delighted to be helping one of the most innovative and exciting businesses in the world hire a brand new Head of FP&A,

Based just outside of Frimley (1-2 days a week in office). This role would suit a very bright and hands on FP&A leader who wants to help deliver world-class reporting and commercial support.

Given the ambition and potential of this well-known business, the career progression, scope and exposure is likely to be exciting, even beyond this 6 month assignment.

The successful Interim Head of FP&A will lead the following.

• Develop commercial analysis and reports using Power BI
• Act as the main point of reference for the annual group planning cycle.
• Lead the 5-year strategic plan and Budgets.
• Design and deliver standard budgeting & forecasting reporting.
• Act as a true commercial business partner.
• Delivery of clear and succinct critical assessment of the Group’s forecasts.
• Commercial challenge group and divisional performance.
• Delivery of Group wide ad hoc analysis projects for the CEO / CFO / Group FD.
• Support External Reporting team to develop forecasting models.
• Help improve internal and external reporting needs.
• Help support improved systems and processes.
• Build strong KPI reporting.
• Take the lead on a number of key commercial projects and initiatives.

As you will see this is a really varied and challenging role working with a very bright leadership team.
