This market-leading, SME business based in Frimley is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their business on a part time basis. You will be joining an established organisation that has a great market reputation and continues to expand in multiple areas. This role will be office based and around 25 hours a week, with flexibility in how these hours are worked. This opportunity would suit an experienced individual who has prior experience in an SME and is looking for a new challenge.

Part Time Finance Manager - About The Role

Supporting with the preparation of management accounts, up to trial balance
Supporting with the daily running of the finance function and ensuring it is running at full efficiency
Working with multiple sites and liaising with non-finance professionals regarding their finances
Producing reports for the senior management team and providing full commentary
Preparation of weekly supplier payment runs, ensuring necessary checks have been completed
Regular review of outstanding debtors and credit control processes to ensure receipt of funds due.
Complete weekly and monthly reconciliations to ensure that any errors are highlighted promptly and resolved appropriately
Assist with the annual budget preparation
Support budget holders by responding to queries and by providing relevant information
Assisting the Head of Finance with year-end routines
Supporting within other areas of the finance function when required

The successful Part Time Finance Manager will have/be:

Previous experience in a similar position
Experience with a multi-site business would be advantageous
QBE or qualified candidates will be considered
Strong communication skills
