Job Description

  • Job Title: Lead Auditor - 27001
  • Job Type: Permanent 
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Job Location: Field based - South of England - Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, London 
  • Travel: Required as part of role to visit Client sites - Company car provided

As a Lead Auditor for SGS you’ll be responsible for planning and conducting professional management system audits to enable delivery of assessment and certification services that meet client requirements and appropriate accreditation standards

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Auditor with extensive experience in ISO 27001 and a strong background in artificial intelligence. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits, ensuring compliance with information security standards, and providing insights on the integration of AI in our processes

Other aspects of the role include:

  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to assist the planning and management of operations
  • Enhance client satisfaction and ensure compliance with standards
  • Undertake personal professional development and ensure appropriate training records and personal logs are updated to maintain relevant auditor registrations and relevant industry knowledge

Qualifications

The candidate will be a qualified Lead Auditor with a Certification background or a diverse industry background within Artificial Intelligence 

Essential

  • Lead Auditor in ISO 27001
  • Lead Auditor in a minimum of either ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
  • NEBOSH General certificate or Level 6 Diploma 
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their implications for security
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge and experience of management system standards, compliance and auditing techniques.
