Key responsibilities for this Stock Administrator role:
- Work within a small team to ensure incoming and outgoing stock is managed efficiently
- Understand the delivery process and stock demand
- Monitor incoming mails for stock changes
- Manage stock movements between depots
- Process daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse
- Create delivery and customer collect notes
- Manage customs and excise process
- Support Stock Team Leader
- Reconcile stock using SAP
- Maintain systems and spreadsheet
Requirements:
- IT Literate with experience using MS Office essential and SAP is beneficial
- Previous administrative experience, specifically within logistics or warehousing is beneficial
- Must be available immediately
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Must have great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The Role:
- This role working Monday - Friday
- Working 10am until 6pm
- 13.00 per hour
- Paid weekly
