Located in the heart of Guildford, is a vibrant and inclusive primary school dedicated to providing an exceptional learning environment for our students. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
Provide one-on-one support to students who may need additional assistance.
Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students.
Encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential.
Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
Support the class teacher in maintaining classroom discipline and ensuring a safe learning environment.
Collaborate with other teaching assistants and school staff to promote a cohesive and supportive educational experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Previous experience working with primary school-aged children is preferred.
A strong passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to various learning needs.
A valid DBS certificate is required.
Any additional qualifications in education or relevant training would be advantageous.
