Administration Support: Frimley; 12month contract; £13.50 per hr; Inside IR35 We currently have a position for an individual to provide Administration Support to a team working with one of our prestigious defence clients based in Frimley. The post holder will support a Business Integrity Training team offering on all learning platforms, including the BIT Learning Portal via the BIT Support email box. A key requirement of the role is to produce Microsoft Excel completion reports for stakeholders. The holder will work directly for the Business Integrity Training Manager, as well as BIT Team Leader for daily activities. Typical duties will include: Business Integrity Training (BIT) Manage and action the BIT Support mailbox on a daily basis, answering off queries and raising to the team leader or Business Integrity Training Manager when required Update Success Factors and other learning platforms with completions of BIT when required Reporting Produce weekly/monthly reports from Success Factors on completions using extracts and Microsoft Excel and upload onto Workspace/SharePoint intranet page Create management dashboards on completions in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint Produce ad hoc reporting as and when required BIT Learning Portal – bespoke off-network learning system Act as the initial contact for enquiries regarding the BIT learning portal Creation of users Support users with password resets Produce weekly/monthly reports from the portal and provide to stakeholders Essential requirement - Knowledge and Experience in using Microsoft Excel and creating formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards and formatting. Extracting data into a meaningful format. Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Outlook Knowledge and experience of producing small presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint Training will be given on Success Factors and BIT Learning Portal and other learning platforms the business use Knowledge Essential requirement - Using Microsoft Excel for creating formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards and formatting. Extracting data into a meaningful format Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook – creating templates Knowledge of Skype for business – Setting up meetings and group calls Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint – creating small graphical presentations An understanding of how to deal with Confidential Information/Issues (e.g. GDPR) and how to save/store information appropriately. Have experience in an operational support role supporting multiple customers across multiple systems Skills Highly competent in problem solving for the queries received via the BIT Support inbox and team, analysing complex information to draw conclusions and implement Excellent customer focus with an ability to deliver to a varies internal/external customer base Data collection, collation and analysis to inform decision making Excellent self-organisational, time and workload management skills, as the role will work extensively on their own with the support from the team. Communication and diplomacy skills to resolve issues in the BIT Support Mailbox A high level of professionalism when interacting with users, managers and colleagues The ability to interact appropriately in difficult/challenging situations with senior stakeholders Qualifications: Good standard of general education Morson is acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy.
