This role is integral to ensuring the highest standards of quality in the assembly of our products. The successful candidate will focus predominantly on assembly tasks in manufacturing and supporting tasks, contributing directly to our production excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
As an Assembly Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Assembly Focus

  • Perform meticulous mechanical assembly of luxury mobile phones, adhering to detailed work instructions and established procedures.
  • Operate mechanical systems and testing equipment to verify product quality and functionality.
  • Consistently meet or exceed production output targets while ensuring all products adhere to stringent quality standards.
  • Apply right-first-time principles, conducting thorough self-checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and promptly escalate assembly issues, collaborating with relevant stakeholders for swift resolutions.
  • Participate in routine stock checks related to the assembly process and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
  • Ensure all assembly tasks are completed within agreed timelines, safeguarding the security of all materials and tools.
  • Uphold the professionalism of the brand in communication, appearance, and demeanor at all times.
  • Actively participate in internal and external audits to uphold product quality and compliance.
  • Continuously seek improvements in assembly techniques, contributing to the development of new projects.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support other operational areas as needed, ensuring business continuity.

    Skills, Competencies, and Experience
    The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven skills in assembly with a focus on high-quality, precise techniques and tools.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with strict deadlines (preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, consistently meeting quality and production standards.
  • Proficiency in handling and assembling small components using hand tools with excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Preferred experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and a drive for continuous improvement.
