A fantastic opportunity to work for a top Facilities Maintenance company who are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to cover a site in Frimley, Surrey. This is a permanent position paying a salary of up to £40,000 per annum. Job Role:
You will be required to work between Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm with overtime opportunities available.
Engineers are expected to be very technically strong with a desire to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment.
The role of a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to Building Services.
Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on building services (L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs etc
The successful candidate must have:
- Well Experienced in building services
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Level 3 or equivalent mechanical or electrical qualification
- Hard Working
