Owen Daniels are a provider of STEM Recruitment solutions headquartered in Surrey with offices in the South East, South West and Midlands. Founded in 2011, we specialise in providing recruitment solutions to STEM businesses across the UK.
We’re looking to develop our marketing function further with the addition of a Marketing Executive to support our already successful group.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, working alongside the senior leadership team to turn our business goals and objectives into reality. This role will primarily revolve around digital marketing, with the occasional involvement in industry and charitable events we’re proud to support. As a medium sized business, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to be involved in all size projects, ranging from our week-by-week recruitment activities and support for sales staff, to our multi-year innovative recruitment solutions we have successfully brought to market.
Duties
- Execute marketing strategies based on company objectives, both short and long term
- Running end to end marketing campaigns typically across multiple channels such as email, website blogs and LinkedIn. Tracking and reporting on ROI of these campaigns.
- Using Hubspot to manage data, run email marketing campaigns and operate lead capture on our website
- Leading our social media activity, primarily on LinkedIn
- Support digital asset creation directly using Canva and by empowering the company with training
- Lead content creation and messaging both internally and externally across all platforms
- Drive data initiatives, taking ownership of the data flow between our Recruitment CRM into Hubspot
- Collaboration with the sales team in the aid of lead generation and development of our products and services
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Experience working in a b2b marketing role, ideally within the staffing/recruitment sector, but we’re open to all industries.
- Proven experience executing specific marketing strategies and activities
- Confident using Hubspot or equivalent CRM, along with the related email marketing experience
- Confident working with data and analytics
- Overall understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, content marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC etc.
- Degree level qualification in Marketing or related field, or the equivalent experience.
