Job Summary

As an Occupational Therapist within Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, you will:

Deliver comprehensive and patient-centered therapy services.
Assess, plan, and implement individual therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
Support individuals to maximize their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions in acute or community settings.
Facilitate effective discharge planning and transitions of care.
Supervise and mentor junior staff as required (Band 7 roles).
Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Person SpecificationEssential Criteria

HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
Experience in acute, community, or care home settings.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritize effectively.

Desirable Criteria

Previous Band 6/7 experience in similar roles.
Evidence of professional development in specialized areas of practice.
