Our client based in Camberley are looking for an Administrator to join their Projects team on a full-time basis for the next 4 to 6 weeks.
The successful candidate will be a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator who is able to maintain excellent attention to detail whilst prioritising work in a focused, methodical way and working on their own initiative as well as within a team.
It is essential to have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and good communication skills. You will be responsible for general administration duties, preparing industry specific documents and financial data management.

Hourly Rate: 14.84 - 16.49 per hour - depending on experience
Job Type: Temporary (4-6 weeks), Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Assist the Director with day-to-day activities.
- Diary management and meeting room bookings.
- Provide support to Managers as required.
- Manage financial processes, ensuring all invoices are checked, coded, logged and sent to Accounts for processing.
- Distribute invoices for internal signatures, collate, scan and file them.
- Check payment runs to ensure invoices are scheduled and paid on time.
- Produce letters and mailings.
- Order stationery and kitchen supplies.
- Ensure external contractor/consultant insurance documents are filed and are up to date.
- Use the Employee Administration Dashboard to log sickness returns within the team and ensure they are sent to Payroll.
- On boarding of new team members and arranging equipment via IT.
