PCR Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Earth WorksSite Manager in Frimley area to start immediately on a long term freelance basis. Our client is a major UKprincipal contractor and the position is based on a new build project. Applicants should have the following skills and experience:
Job duties:
- Design Review (scope gaps / clashes)
- Short term programming.
- Health & Safety (RAMS).
- Sub-contractor coordination.
- Quality Assurance
- Liaising with client team and sub-contractors
- Progress meetings with sub-contractors
Responsibilities:
- Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
- Must have proven experience as a Site Manager
- Must have strong organisational and communication skills
